Boot Camps

Our  Fresh Fit  boot camps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

– Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp
. Weather will never be an issue with us. Rain, shine, snow, whatever……we are ready to work out!

 - The Exercises: 
 Fresh Fit  is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!

– Time Efficient Training
. Our classes are 60 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!

– The After Burn! We use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) informally called "after burn" to increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right, burn fat for HOURS after your workout!

– NEVER Plateau!
The body hates change! It would much rather do the same thing every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” At  Fresh Fit  we utilize the principle of muscle confusion. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come…..month after month after month!

Fresh Fitness offers a "fresh" new approach to personal training.  Whether you are looking to improve your health, lose weight, enhance your athletic abilities, rehab an old injury or just enhance your overall sense of well being, Fresh Fitness offers something for everyone looking to improve their quality of life.  We start by taking each client through a thorough, noninvasive health screening making sure you are physically prepared to start an exercise program.  Secondly, we'll lead you through a number of field tests that will determine your fitness levels based on national norms.  You'll receive monthly assessments alerting you of your progress towards your goals.  Each client is given a consultation to determine their health & fitness goals which will allow their trainer to write a specific exercise prescription based off information gathered from health history, field tests and any recommendations from your physician (if needed).  As part of your start up package, each client will be given meal plans based on their individual needs.  We'll take the guess work out of eating healthy and give you a planned schedule for making eating healthy, plentiful, and most of all, designed with you in mind when determining your needs for achieving your goals.
